This is the question I am in search of answering.
My goal here is to make the public aware of the poor customer service, and lack of care that Dish Network provides to their customers. I will be filing a formal complaint with both Dish Network for the poor service, AT&T for backing their service, and it will also be submitted to sites such as Consumerist.com and Digg.com.
